RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work as a team with our Ningbo merchandisers.

- Attend development design meetings with customer and suppliers, make sure supplier understand the concept and requirement of each style. Make sure all presentation samples or SMS samples can be delivering on time, and in perfect condition.

- Work closely with supplier’s technicians/ merchandisers/ development team/ production team; ensure we can get perfect development and good quality production.

- Coordinates a timely resolution of production issues in order to reach quality and delivery objectives

- Identifies potential problems and able to make appropriate recommendations to the management.

- Quality control of development and production.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge Skills and Abilities;

- We are looking for QC who has experience with adidas production quality control, adidas CFA preferable.

- Good negotiation skills and knowledge of the garment/textile business, experience in knitting garment is preferable.

- English reading/ writing skills, English speaking preferable

- Good IT skills including Excel and Word

2. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- College graduate or above, diploma in clothing technology and/or manufacturing are preferable.

- At least 3 years of work experience in related field

- 参与客人开发设计会议，确保供应商完全理解每一款设计做工款式要求。确保所有销售样完美按时完成。

- 与供应商技术部、跟单、开发及大货生产密切合作，确保开发和大货过程的完美以及无缝衔接。

- 解决开发生产中遇到的问题。

- 识别潜在问题，并且与宁波团队合作提出建议以避免问题发生。

- 负责生产中的开发和质量问题。

要求：

- 三年以上成衣/面料工作经验，有针织服装工作经验者优先；

- 有adidas验货经验者优先，adidas CFA优先考虑；

- 良好的沟通技能；

- 良好的英语读写能力，有英语会话能力者优先；

- 良好的电脑操作技能；

- 大专以上学历，服装纺织专业优先。
