职位描述
Responsibilities:
The Sales Support - Ningbo, China is responsible to:
? Handle quotations for customers
? File agreed rates in Hapag Lloyd systems
? Generate performance reports
? Follow up with existing customers (mostly FOB) to maintain their support
? Coordinate with customers on space forecast
? Qualify sales leads for sales executives
? Promote Hapag Lloyd new products e.g. intermodal services to our customers
? Handle/co-ordinate complaints or objections
Quotations
? Handle quotations through FIS
? Upon received confirmations from customers file agreed rates in FIS
Customer maintenance
? Regularly contact customers as assigned and record follow up actions in SAM
? Ensure the monthly KPI of number of calls be met
? Collate space forecasts from customers and coordinate with Sales Steering
Sales support
? Qualify sales leads from overseas offices
? Generate customers performance reports for performance review
? Promote new products to our customers
? Communicate with customers on advisories e.g. GRI, service changes
Requirements:
? Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent a plus
? Minimum 2 years experiences in the sales and marketing field
? Effective communicator, fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
? Ability to work independently
? Positive and pleasant attitude, a team-player
