IKEA China Finance is a working partner of all business units in China, and undertakes corporate finance management and governance role. China Accounting, being part of China Finance, is mainly responsible for securing compliance with statutory and IKEA Group financial requirements, providing reliable and timely financial data to management and government authorities.

Local finance responsible, a bridge connect store/TSO and central finance dept, a window open to government authorities.



Main Responsibilities:

* Collect payment requests and verify authorization, accounting accuracy and legality of supporting documents

*Collect TEC claim documents

*Co-ordinate store to provide with sufficient documents for month/year-end closing

* Issue bank check

* Perform monthly and spot cash count

* Process non-trade overseas payment and file related business tax and withholding tax

* Process monthly tax filing and invoice verification (VAT, business tax, IIT, EIT and etc.)

* Manage company chops (company stamp, legal representative seal and finance stamp)

* Handle government inspection and fill up statistics report and other documents required by government (Tax bureau, Customs, SAFE, SAIC, Finance Bureau)

* Observe physical count of fixed assets and inventory

* Arrange finance policy training for co-workers

* Annual filing in all government authorities

*Audit coordinator (bank reconciliation collection, stock take, supporting documents collection

*Adhoc tasks
