Responsibilities:
A Quality product / customer
1 Coordinating the validation and release of F-samples in accordance with internal and external specifications right through to customer release (in agreement with the Q-planner in development if appropriate)
2 Preparation of customer-related quality documents for initial sampling in the case of changes in series parts or in variants and devices taken over, and distribution to those affected
3 Checking and evaluating the necessary sample test reports, taking internal and external guidelines into account (customer requirements) in agreement with superiors as well as internal and external positions
4 Preparing the necessary documents for the processing of customer complaints (e.g. 8D report, plans of action).
5 Provision of risk analyses; developing and implementing remedial measures with those responsible
6 Timely processing of the Q-specifications according to PEP for new projects
7 Checking and validating the effects of customer change requests taking quality aspects into account
8 Planning and specifying the scope of tests accompanying series production (e.g. re-qualification test) and coordinating the implementation, comparison and modification of the scope on account of current problems
9 Monitoring customer-specific supplier evaluation in the Hella data systems with regard to quality and information from the departments responsible in critical situations
10 Arranging for, coordinating and monitoring sorting and reworking jobs with internal and external positions in agreement with superiors and those affected
11 Preparing and updating the quality assurance plan for series production, production flow diagrams, test plans as well as documenting the change life cycle for the project
12 Statistic evaluation and preparation of Q-key performance indicators; indicating and working out possibilities of optimizing products and processes in series production, holding risk management meetings as well as advising those affected with regard to project-related quality issues
13 Involvement in or implementation of internal and external product and procedure audits for new products or series production
14 Involvement in (or implementation) of internal and external product and process audits for new products or series production
15 Involvement in preparing or updating P-FMEAs and other quality-related documents
16 Planning and carrying out training sessions in agreement with QPM (e.g. Q-tools and Q-processes)
17 Supporting process planning during SOPs and changes to series production
18 Supporting, instructing and familiarizing employees in Q-related tasks
19 Coordination with development and process planning with regard to Q-contents of the requirement specifications for testing and measuring equipment. Ensuring machine, process and testing equipment examinations are carried out
20 Involvement in selecting suppliers for new projects

Requirements:
1 Qualification certificate for College of Higher Education
2 Fluent English
3 Graduate engineer (technical college) in mechanical engineering or graduate in electrical engineering (technical college) Technician
4 up to 1 years related experience
5 Knowledge of Microsoft office , SAP, Production engineering, Quality assurance, Measuring and testing technology
6 Meeting & Project management

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
