Responsibilities:
1 Management leading
Leading with targets and delegation, qualifying and motivating, developing potential and lines of authority, checking effectiveness in order to reach the agreed targets
2 Works logistics resources management
Commitment and optimisation of all resources regarding planning, discharging duties for the "PLATO" interface, safeguard operating processes and adopt measures for this in order to reach a high degree of economic efficiency and generate cash and profit and guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction
internally and externally.
3 Bottleneck /Shortages management production plan/provision of components - disposition (LSK)
To guarantee the fulfilment of the customer's order on the complete logistics chain from the supplier to the production to the customer incl. sales and distribution disposition in order to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers by delivery at the right time and in the requested quality and amount.
4 Cost framework
To achieve the specified economic targets concerning costs / calculation of expenditure/ further charges by the economic use of the resources of humans and materials incl. purchased parts, in order to be competitive on the European and world market.
5 Internal logistics (receipt and acceptance of incoming goods / -,transport, waste disposal, warehouse..)
Instituting the operative internal handling in order to ensure the current daily business and guarantee the optimum control and management.
6 Logistics Location
To ensure the logistical quality of the location in order to guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction to the controlling of the location and in order to safeguard external and external supply to customers
7 Market Observation /Analysis:
Bringing together and evaluating suppliers ,in order to be able to find/develop alternative suppliers or achieve cost
8 Negotiations /Discussions:
Participation in internal and external negotiations / discussions in order to reduce costs, optimise processes between the supplier and the purchasing department and safeguard the interests of the purchasing department by taking into account set dates/deadlines, quality, amounts and delivery conditions (including in project management).
9 Qualifying the Supplier:
Analysing suppliers and determining potential for improvement / qualification measures in collaboration with the suppliers by involving internal org. units In order to optimise process chains between the supplier and Hella.
10 Selecting the Supplier:
Determining the suppliers being taken into consideration and classifying these with due regard to the specified parts specification and the evaluation of the supplier, in order to guarantee the optimum supplier for the part.
11 Reviews:
Compiling and documenting activities from the purchasing targets, in order to give impulse and put into effect any necessary measures.
12 Customs Clearance
Arrange for relevant declarations and clearance measures to be carried out taking into account legal and country-specific points of view
13 Packaging
Coordination and operative administration of the customer packaging with due regard to the corresponding Hella standards
14 External Services
Organization of the measures for the protection of the security of the works with external service providers

Requirements:
1 Certificate of entry into a university of applied science
2 Fluent English
3 Engineering degree in production technology (university of applied science)
4 up to 5 years related experience
5 Knowledge of Microsoft office , SAP, Management leading, Costs management,
6 Internal processes, customer / supplier relations, business management acts, comprehensive understanding of the process

Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
