职责描述：

1、根据产品的发展，完成微信公众号，微博，官网，抖音、知乎等媒体平台的搭建；

2、善于抓住当下热点，吸引新媒体用户转化，提升订阅数和转发量；

3、负责公司对外传播内容的规划、撰写、排版、发布、更新、维护等；

4、制定新媒体平台的运营策略，为平台的粉丝增量和活跃度负责；

5、对新媒体运营的整体情况进行跟踪反馈，数据分析。

任职要求：

1、3年以上新媒体运营的相关经验，文理思路清晰，逻辑清晰，懂运营；

2、具备扎实的文字功底，有独立文案编辑、整合、撰写能力；

3、有成功的微信公众号/小程序平台及其他新媒体运营经验，创造过10万+点击量推送者优先；

4、良好的执行能力，沟通能力和团结协作精神；

5、工作认真负责，品行端正；

6、完成部门领导的相关工作安排；

7、全日制大专及以上学历，本科优先。
