岗位职责：

1.    Responsible for follow up restraint internal & external research project, coordinate with project team (system, product, CAE, testing) to fulfill project timing plan, cost, function target. 负责跟踪内外部研发项目，协调项目组成员（系统，产品，仿真，测试）协调达到项目周期、成本、功能的目标

2.     Responsible for establishing all relatively test specification for restraint system integration 负责发布针对系统集成的所有相关试验标准

3.     Responsible & organize for all internal system level test/CAE task, result analysis & summary of vehicle crash & sled test/CAE result 负责并组织所有内部的系统级试验/仿真任务，整车碰撞及滑车试验/仿真结果分析及总结

4.     Responsible CAE especially human body model 负责仿真计算分析特别是人体假人模型

5.     Responsible for the other job from directly leader/project leader 负责直接领导或项目经理分配的其他工作

任职要求：

1. Master degree major in vehicle engineering or vehicle safety system (Master graduate acceptable)  硕士学位汽车工程专业或汽车安全系统专业(硕士应届生也可以)

2. Experience of leading or involving in research cooperation project with industry during university 有大学中领导或参与汽车行业相关的研发合作项目的经验

3. Human body model (THUMS) simulation experience will be preferred.具有人体假人模型（THUMS）仿真经验者更佳。

4. Experience in Auto industry and experience of restraint product (airbag, seatbelt) development or CAE or testing will be preferred有汽车行业工作经验，有约束系统产品（气囊、安全带）开发经验或仿真经验或测试经验更佳

5. Be familiar with vehicle structure and restraint system (basic knowledge) will be better. 熟悉车身结构及约束系统（基本知识）者更佳

6. Good communication & coordination skill and team work. 良好的沟通及协调能力以及良好的团队合作能力
