职位描述
Job Function:
- In charge of operation activities for import/export and domestic logistics flow;
- Develops and manages the implementation of all OP policies and procedures to support company strategy;
- Supervises local service providers including trucking companies, depots, shipping lines;
- Key performance indicators in operation responsibilities;
- Quality control and SHE policy follow up;
- Market research on service requirement, competition and report to management.
Skills & Knowledge:
- University graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience in the function of Operations in freight forwarding or logistics field with strong team supervision/development experience;
- Preferably with good working knowledge in liquid chemical industry;
- Good command of English both verbal and written;
- Good PC skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer oriented, team spirit;
- Problem solving, planning skills.
