岗位要求：

1、负责锯切和机加工的生产管理和工艺管理

1.1 制订锯切和机加工的制造工艺，监督跟踪其在现场的实施情况并持续改进；

1.2 协调工作指令单的下达实施，确保客户按时、按质、按量送达；

1.3 制定锯切和机加工的5S管理规范的要求，并负责在现场的推广实施和持续改进；

1.4 有效地进行与锯切和机加工班组人员的沟通，保持良好的团队合作与沟通；

1.5 制定设备、工艺、装备的TPM管理计划与推进实施；

1.6 现场员工的日常安全培训、安全监督及安全隐患的纠偏；

1.7制定现场设备的日常保养及定期保养的标准、监督；

1.8 对现场材料的进出、库存的准确性负责；

2.负责锯切和机加工各类数据信息的收集、整理、分析、改进、完善；

3.做好产前各类辅材的申购准备工作及管理；

4.做好各线员工的月度KPI和年度KPI的考评工作。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历 机械制造及工艺专业

2、10年以上工作经验

3、熟悉机械加工,如锯切,铣加工,磨加工等

4、良好的机加工的生产管理经验

5、丰富的5S管理经验

6、良好的沟通能力和团队领导力

工作地在四川成都龙泉驿区
