Key Responsibilities（岗位职责）:

· 负责制定区域内的销售和市场工作，市场工作包含当地政策收集、主导产品推广会议和展会；

· 完成每年公司制定的销售目标，2017 Q4:0.5M,2018 AOP：2M+/-；

· 遵守公司的利润率要求，健康发展业务

· 在负责区域内执行直销业务，发展代理商/经销商，跟踪代理商/经销商的项目进展，定期汇报；

· 维护客户关系；

· 严格完成公司要求，包含周报、SFDC更新、FCST等业务需求文件；

· 独立准备配置报价，投标文件、合同文件提交，项目执行协调，收款；

· 协调团队内其他销售人员，执行产品划分规则，团队合作完成特殊项目；

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· 具备VOC/CEMS/AQMS产品销售经验；

· 具备直销能力；

· 具备熟练的电脑办公软件操作能力；

· 具备中文和英语的熟练书写、口语能力；

· 具备很好的团队合作能力，和各部门有效沟通；

· 具备面对销售业绩压力的心理能力；

· 可以自我激励，具备上进心；

Working Conditions:

全年70-90%工作时间出差频率。
