Job Description:

1. Determine & deliver the annual sourcing budget plan
2. Manage supplier relationships and negotiation to deliver reduction in cost of goods sold, first to market, supplier income and effective supply chain and cost management
3. Select & develop profitable new lines
4. Work with QA & suppliers towards continual product improvement
5. Reviews all quality control steps that a factory uses. Identify possible quality control gaps in the manufacturing process and insist that the factory address immediately.
6. Lead & develop innovative range & sourcing plans, ensure all product and suppliers meet the minimum BTP standards

Requirement:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team environment. Understanding BTP’s requirements
2. Ability to handle the category independently, dealing with buyer directly and result oriented.
3. Strong ability to break down the actual cost of a specific product
4. Strong capability on sourcing role, problem solver, influential communication and negotiation skills.
5. PC skills which include Excel and Microsoft Office.
6. Good command of written and oral English;
