职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
1. Follow the schedule maintenance equipment, keep equipment good status.
根据维护保养计划对设备进行保养及确保设备保持良好状态生产。
2.Troubleshooting and analysis, recover equipment in short time.
根据设备故障情况进行及时有效的维护维修，以确保生产能在短时间内恢复。
3.Make programs and optimize.
根据生产及项目需求对设备进行相关程序制作及优化以确保生产有序进行。
4.Improve SMT process.
根据质量相关要求对现有工艺进行优化及改善确保满足客户所需的品质。
5.Obey superior arrangement meet KPI .
完成上级领导安排的其他工作以确保实现相关的KPI指标
基本岗位任职条件:
1.大专及以上学历
2. 5年以上SMT设备维修保养经验
3. 2年以上西门子 ASM设备相关经验
4. 2年以上外企工作经验
