For our Process Industries and Drives Division in TIANJIN, we are looking for a Demand Planning Professional 采购订单专员.

What are my responsibilities?
Follow up all customer orders: Manage and follow up order process/ Make production plan /Take all necessary actions to fulfill confirmed delivery date to meet customer requirement.
跟踪管理客户订单/制定生产计划/采取一切必要措施来保证交货可靠性，从而满足客户需求。
Buy the right material at the right time in the right quantity and quality from qualified suppliers/ Make purchase orders based on requirements according to the existing agreements with the supplier to ensure smooth material supply chain.
从合格的供应商处在正确的时间购买正确数量的材料。根据与供应商的协议和需求下采购订单以确保顺畅的物料供应。
Completes regular forecasting and planning for a number of relevant indicators (e.g. turnover, production, inventories, changes in inventory, capital expenditure requirements, employee capacities, etc.).
为一系列相关指标进行常规预测及计划（例如：销售额，生产，库存，库存变化，资金需求，员工能力等）
Develops supplier forecasts and determines logistical processes with suppliers.建立供应商预测并与供应商制定物流程序。
Plans and controls assigned inventories and stocks (e.g. supply level, planning adjustments, etc.), analyzes inventory changes and develops measures for inventory reduction. 对既定库存制定计划并进行管控（例如：供应水平，计划调整等），分析库存变更并采取措施以降低库存。
Analyzes and controls logistical processes (e.g. Cycle Time, First Pass Yield, On-time delivery, KPI of effectiveness, productivity, etc.), in order to detect process weaknesses and to start process improvements. 为发现物流过程的缺陷并进行提升，进行物流过程分析与控制（例如：循环时间，一次性合格率，按时交付，KPI有效性，生产能力等）
Maintains a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes. 在各过程与相应的利益相关者保持联系与合作。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Major in Supply Chain, Logistic or related business education; Bachelor or above; CET-4 and above. 供应链专业，物流或相关商务教育背景；本科学历及以上；大学英语四级及以上。
Fluent English communication skill / 流畅的英语交流能力
