ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

An international firm of machinery
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Yantai, Shangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
General manager
Travelling:
Around 50% mostly in China, sometimes internationally
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Installation and hardware start-up of complete electrical equipment of the devices
+ Installation and start-up of machinery and systems inland and abroad
+ Projection and programming of the controlling for our systems (hardware design to start-up)
+ Acquisition of new customers and taking care of key accounts
+ Gateway of customers, suppliers and management
+ Keeping track of offers
+ Support application negotiation and deliver applications to project management
+ Interior and external sales management (including keeping track of appointments and expenses)
+ Create order confirmation and responsibility
+ Conduct design meetings
+ Price evaluation and negotiation
+ Choose suppliers and be responsible for purchasing drawing parts
+ Qualifying new suppliers to work together with internal departments in national and international environment
+ On time supply with materials within economical and qualitative aspects
+ Target orientated reducing of resource usage
Requirements:
+ Engineering Degree
+ Several years of work experience
+ Required basic Skills: Word, Excel MS-Office
+ Required technical skills: CNC, SPS
+ Have excellent organizing skills
+ Interested in modern, save and comfortable interior fitting of automobiles
+ Interest in setting up the companies presence in China and expanding it
+ Should be a good team player
+ Speak Chinese Mandarin as mother tongue
+ Speak fluent business English in technical and commercial area
+ Willing to travel within and outside the country
