Position Summary:

职位总述：

1. Respond for supporting supplier quality from development through production life. Work with cross-functional teams in Zurn and with suppliers to ensure high quality products.

负责供应商生产过程中产品质量支持。与Zurn各职能团队合作，与供应商一起保证产品质量。

2. Develop good relationship with both Operation Companies and suppliers. Act the main roles in driving suppliers to improve quality, OTD and cost performances.

与运营公司及供应商建立良好的关系。在改进供应商的产品质量，按时交货及成本控制方面起主要的促进及驱动作用。

3. Develop and source all products required by the business operations. Manage and lead entire process of product development from sample / PPAP, Pilot Run to batch/mass production.

按业务部门的要求开发及采购产品。掌控及主导从样品／PPAP，试产到批量生产整个产品开发过程。

4. Develop multi-ability on products monitor product quality and sourcing activities.

培养有关产品的多种技能，监控产品质量及采购活动。

Principal Accountabilities:

主要职责：

1. Working with su ppliers to set up process controls, data collection, failure analysis, corrective action and reporting (in every phase of manufacturing) for early detection and correction, continual improvement.

协助供应商建立过程控制、进行数据收集、失效分析、改进方案和报告（贯穿于生产每一环节），以便及早发现问题并改进，从而不断改善产品。

2. Evaluate suppliers' processes and process controls to ensure product quality and reliability is built-into the product.

评估供应商生产流程和过程控制，从而保证产品质量及其可靠性。

3. Interface with suppliers and Engineering team to resolve complex manufacturing process, quality and reliability issues, utilizing DOE and statistical approach. Provide technical and systems support related to both quality systems and technical product related issues.

参与到供应商的工程队伍中，并运用DOE及统计方法以解决生产制程、质量和可靠性的综合问题；就产品的质量系统和与技术相关的问题提供相应的技术及系统支持。

4. Taking an active role within the Engineering Team of Operation Companies and the Suppliers / Customers to develop and test of all product parts and fisinish products comply with international and internal standards set by the Operation.

在运营公司及供应商的工程技术团队起积极的作用，开发及测试部件及最终产品，使该产品符合公司设定的国际及内部标准。

5. Monitor and implement all new requirements / standards either demanded by the Operation Companies or the markets which the products are aimed at.

对营运公司或产品目标市场需求的新要求或标准进行监控和落实。

6. Adopting an ‘Ownership Principle’ of relevant suppliers to ensure that products developed and manufactured by the supplier meet the required standard set by the Operation. This will involve site visits and product inspection at sites prior to despatch as and when required.

以项目所有者的身份及态度保证供应商在产品开发及生产过程中达到运营公司设定的要求。在产品发货之前，在需要的时候到生产现场进行现场视察及产品检验。

7. Taking part in new or existing but modified, product prototyping and related product testing leading to approval.

参与新产品或现有产品的改进，产品原型及相关产品样品测试并通过审核的整个过程。

Domestic travel is a must. Overseas traveling is required.

需国内出差，也要求海外出差。

Requirements:

要求：

1. Engineering Qualification, ideally University degree in mechanical engineering / science engineering.

工程类专业毕业，机械／工程专业本科毕业。

2. Work in product quality management environment in required sourcing products manufacturing company, at a supervisory level or above for min 5 years.

对所要求采购的产品有5年以上质量管理工作经验，主管以上职务。

3. Good knowledge of international standards relating to parts used in conjunction with required source products is desirable.

熟悉采购产品及相关部件的国际标准。

4. Good knowledge of products, processes and potential suppliers for required source product manufacturer

熟悉产品、产品的生产过程及能生产该产品的潜在供应商。

5. Good knowledge of products quality control, experience on SQE position for required source products is prefertial.

熟悉产品的质量控制，对采购产品有SQE经验的优先。

6. Good command of English Language and able to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, at all levels.

良好的英语语言能力，可以在口头及书面等各方面清晰地进行沟通。

7. Ability to operate popular design software, office etc.

能使用常用的设计软件，办公软件等。

8. Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills.

独立自主工作，具有良好的分析能力及良好的沟通能力。

9. A team player.
