【配送流程】：

1.客户通过网上下单，订单发送到仓库里面有拣货员打包到箱子里面，我们配送员根据单子上面的地址打开手机导航骑店里电瓶车配送到每个客户家里。

2.门店配送站统一取单，系统公平派单，无需抢单，配送范围以门店为中心，附近3公里以内。

3.配送员不需要购买电瓶车，我们门店统一提供电瓶车，工作服

【入职要求】：

20～40周岁内，会骑电瓶车，身体健康，无犯罪记录，我们送生鲜水果零食单量比较高，一定需要能够吃苦的才能长期做下去。

【薪资结构】：

一：操作熟练/路线熟悉了一次携带4～8个单子送出去（系统派单，一条线上的），送完回店里休息一下拿单，平均人均单量一天50～60单（能力强的可以送到60～80单每天）

二：原始单价5.5元+冲单奖金，冲单奖金按照每月总单量计算，月满800单奖励800，1000单奖励1200，1200单奖励1500，1400单奖励1800，1600单奖励2000，高温低温补贴300/月。

月综合收入8000起～1.5万/月，12小时左右，做六休一，路线熟悉能吃苦的兄弟月工资均在1万以上。
