Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify or verify the system bugs and submit to vendor; Work closely with vendor to trouble shoot and fix the bugs. Answer questions and resolve any Bisnet system application issues from Bisnet users and super users
• Responsible for master data maintenance and clearance, such as new account creation and ustomer creation. Verify and clear the duplicate, wrong data in Bisnet
• Delivery Bisnet application training to new employee
• Analyze current process and identify the improvement opportunities and submit the Request for Change to vender.  Test and verify the change request before releasing of the new version system
• Develop and maintain the BI reports
• Participate or lead the Bisnet project and operation excellence project

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in science and engineering. Software, Electronic or Industrial Engineering is preferred
• More than 3 years working experience and at least 1 year working experience in ERP or CRM system, be familiar with Java and SQL
• Test/Certification/inspection working experience is a plus
• ERP or CRM project management experience is a plus
• Lean or Continuous improvement working experience is a plus
