1、 根据公司对电商发展的战略规划，探寻指数级盈利增长的机会，制定相应的电商年度行动计划以完成电商销量和利润业绩的达成；

2、负责自运营网络店铺的运营管理及效能提升，根据各个平台的特性，对各个店铺进行合理定位及布局；

3、带领团队寻找和开拓各类线上渠道的生意机会并持续提升各个线上重点客户的销量和盈利；

4、制定公司电商运作流程，组织协调公司各部门执行、实现公司的电商运营目标；推动并确保电商业务的可持续发展；

5、不断寻找线上消费趋势和潜在需求，提出线上产品开发机会并培养爆款产品；

6、制定并不断优化电商团队各岗位的运营指标和考核方案，持续指导、培训和提升团队成员的能力；

7、传统渠道精通，熟悉生鲜电商运作；

8、完成公司布置的其它工作.

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有电商运营工作经验5年以上，其中2年以上管理经验，熟悉生鲜电商运作，具备采购和店小二谈判经验；

2、Office技能熟练，精通网络数据分析；

3、熟悉各主要电子商务平台的运作流程、操作规范以及商业盈利模式，熟悉网络店铺的整体运营，有食品生鲜类经验的优先；

4、具备较强的逻辑思维、调研及数据分析能力，能独立及顺畅地和各个合作部门沟通，推进工作进展，以结果为导向，具有优秀的自驱能力，创新的经营意识，领导能力和良好的沟通协调能力
