岗位概要：

电源模块/线路板及相关产品的检测、维修工作

总体职能：

1.配合生产线进行测试产品故障分析及解决生产中出现的技术题。
2.产品返修件的维修，样机调试。
3.指导及培训生产线人员测试。
4.领导安排的其他工作。

任务/职责：

1.处理生产过程中出现的问题，提出并执行纠正预防措施;
2.与质量部门进行沟通，积极配合质量部门对线路板进行质量分析与跟踪;

任职要求：

1.中专以上学历，应用电子技术、电子信息专业毕业，懂数电、模电原理。
2.熟悉各种元器件。如：二极管、三极管、电容、电阻等，了解其性能并能够测量其好坏。
3.熟悉贴片焊接技术与技巧，能看懂电路、电气原理图。
4.一年以上PCB线路板维修、检验工作。
5.能熟练使用万用表、电铬铁、吸锡枪、热风枪、示波器、信号发生器等维修工具和仪表。
