职位描述

Purpose
Business Analyst in the store is inspired by the IKEA's vision to create a better everyday life for the many people.
He/she is driven by the IKEA business idea, culture and values with a focus on business performance analysis
and management information providing to support BNOM to steer the store towards growth, optimal
performance and sustained long term profitability.
Always take a multi-dimensional view, considering customer, commercial, people, financial and operational
perspectives.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Business follow ups and reporting
? Responsible in-store business performance follow ups and communication.
? Provide business reporting and related analysis by kinds of periodic reports in sales, margin, costs, productivity
and other KPIs for store constant performance improvement.
Business performance analysis and steering
? Use benchmarking and store clusters to identify potentials, communicate the findings to the store management
team and implement proven solutions.
? Secure the financial performance in line with goals and to highlight deviations and potentials, in order that
store can take action to achieve goals.
? Work together with commercial team in analysing benefits, costs and investments to ensure the good return on
investments.
Financial budget and forecast
? Support BNOM in co-ordinating the yearly financial budget and communicating the goals to related parties in
the store and SO BN.
? Co-ordinate and communicate the bi-monthly financial forecasts throughout the year.
? Contribute in the store scenario plan.
Others
? To be the super user for the financial system in the store such as CODA, COGNOS, TEC etc.
? To be involved in the cost efficiency activities.
? To ensure financial and accounting routines implemented in the store.
