岗位描述：

Position Description:

物流部与客户借口的所有相关工作，同时负责SAP账务处理。

All related job with customer of logistics department, handle SAP operation issues.



主要工作职责：

Key responsibilities:

1. 接受客户订单、预测，进行分析整理并录入到SAP系统；

Receive customer order and forecast by weekly, analysis and then input the demand into SAP correctly;

2. 对于有问题的订单交付及时反馈到客户和上报，并制定后续行动计划；

Feedback and report if any problems with customer order requirement, and make recovery plan to fulfill customer needs;

3. 根据客户订单安排出货，确保客户100%的OTD达成率；

Arrange shipment according to customer requirement and ensure 100% customer OTD performance;

4. 出货后相关数据信息的及时传达到客户并更新到系统；

Maintain the data in time after goods shipping and update into the system;

5. 其余和客户相关的沟通联系及SAP系统操作。

All other related communication with customer and SAP handling.



任职资格条件：

Key requirements:

1. 大专及以上学历；

College or above degree；

2. 2年以上客户服务经验，有汽车行业经验者优先；

At least 2 years customer service working experience, experience in automotive industry is highly appreciated;

3. 英语流利。

Fluent in English, reading and writing.
