Key Responsibilities
Manage barge, railway and truck service for inland ports along Yangtze River in a cost effective manner.
Facilitate barge and mother vessel connection at Shanghai port.
Monitor on time delivery performance.
Maintain relevant system operations accurately and timely.
Optimize operation process for improving productivity and eliminating wastes.
Initiate and implement customers experience enhancement, environment sustainability, profits making and cost saving ideas.
Coordinate to collect 3rd party repair cost.
Evaluate Suppliers performance regularly.
Expedite electronic data interchange system implementation at inland ports along Yangtze River.

Knowledge and Skills Required
? Rich shipping and geographic knowledge of Yangtze River area.
? Familiarization of equipment maintenance and repair
? Familiarization of Liner operation systems
? Familiarization of DG/OOG/REEFER operation
? Good time management
? Good communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
? Good negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers
? Basic electronic data interchange knowledge

? University education or its equivalent
? Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
? 1+ year experience with barge / truck / rail operation preferred
