Job Responsibility:
1. Support Sales Team to evaluate RFQ and make technical proposal
2. Define the product design architecture, design concepts to meet RFQ
3. Customer interface throughout product development, support, follow and fulfill customer expectation from both, objective and subjective. Meanwhile drive customer using TRW product expertise.
4. Undertake concept designs, detailed designs of body control system
5.Complete schematics under company design guidelines and best practices
6.Complete electronics DFMEA to ensure the robustness of the design
7.Attend ECAD input review with ECAD engineer worldwide and Mechanical engineer
8.Support prototype engineers to complete prototype builds, debugging and troubleshooting
9.State of the art service, repair or diagnose the electronics hardware when required during the product development stage, as well as field returns or warranty returns
10.Work closely with the manufacturing department for production support activities
11.Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by department manager

Qualification Required:
1. At least Bachelor Degree
2. Very good English and Chinese communication skills (both spoken and written is must)
3. At least 8 -10 years electric/electronics experience
4. At least 5 years automotive related design experience
5. Excellent knowledge about automotive components functions (customer and system functions), like
*Access system, e.g. remote keyless entry, HVAC, RainLightSensor, Touch-Technology etc
*vehicle network and protocol included LIN & CAN
*vehicle EMC requirements
*electronic circuit simulation (preferred using "hyperlinks" from MentorGraphics or ANSYS)
*schematic design (preferred using DxDesigner from MetorGraphics)
*support for 8D- / 5 phase report in detail
*worst case analysis (MTBF/FIT)
*hardware DFMEA, knowledge in IQFMEA is preferred
6.Familiar with embedded system software design is a plus
7.Fully familiar with simulation tools such as Vector CANoe
8.Fully familiar with international OEM's in Europe, NA and Asia
9.Willing to travel to our global TRW BCS facilities and OEM's in Europe and NA
10.Applicants, with study or work experience in India, Europe or NA are preferred
