As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will be responsible for the installation support site service maintenance trouble shooting of the PGC analyzer and the analyze system, make sure the project work well and the system work normally and stable.

? To provide site commissioning services for projects to satisfy the operation needs of customers.
? Provide training for customers on our products operation, testing and maintenance to make customer understand more about our products and use it efficiently.
? Trouble shooting and fault analysis for the performance of our products operating by phone or on site to satisfy the customers.
? Replacement or repairing products on site and provide temporary solution in emergent cases to meet our fast response commitment to customers.
? Provide the site service and technical support related work for PGC products.
? Provide technical and service support for sales team and partners.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? A Bachelor or above degree, major in Automation, Instrument, Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering.
? More than 3 years of experience in for Analyzer site service in Petro-chemical, Chemical Environment Protection etc.
? Good principle and application knowledge of PGC analyzer and analyzes system. Preferred with experience in PGC operation.
? High work enthusiasm, good communication skills, good physical condition, good team player.
? Fluent in verbal and written English.
? Ability to work under challenge and pressure, adaptable for frequent business travel.
? A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
