As a Business Health, Safety and Environment Engineer, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Business and Robotics (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will Initiate the improvement opportunities EHS in LBU. Manage the EHS tasks according to laws & regulations. Perform safety audit, drive to solve the EHS related issues with LPG and other departments; contractor safety management.

? Adapt and implement sales support strategy for designated area in accordance with the global support strategy.
? Ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers.
? Oversee estimations and bids and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets.
? Proactively lead, develop and coach the Sales Support team.
? Ensures most competitive offers taking into account the market situation and customer’s conditions.
? Identify which approach (e.g. direct sales, consortium, or channel) can be applied to better serve the customer.
? Assign and allocate internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation. Daily collaboration with Project Manager to meet the project deadline and customer quality expectations.
? Support bid/no bid analyses and decisions. Participates in project risk review processes.
? Technical clarification or problem solving during the project execution phase.
? Be working smartly and proactively, to achieve the maximum sales profitability of the project.
? Presenting “Can Do” approach.

? Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering, major in General Automation, Robot Automation,
Mechanics’ Mechatronics or related field is preferred.
? 6+ years of working experience as a Proposal Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, Application Engineer etc.
? Background in Logistics and Warehouse Automation Industry is a plus (preferable system
automation integrators).
? Strong knowledge about logistics industry, logistics solutions, general automation is an added advantage.
? Proven track of successfully implemented projects.
? Proactive, Good communicator, Flexible, Self-motivated, positive & continuous learning attitude.
? Good teamwork spirit and willing to take high work pressure and responsibility to solve the problems.
? Willing to travel on business work.
? Fluent in oral and written English is preferred.
