职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Operational:· Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility·
Responsible for end to end recruitment service to the client, ensure meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports ·
Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels appropriate to client's requirements·
Partner with Off shore recruiting team for the screening and selecting activity ·
Conduct competency/behavioral based telephone interviews to all external candidates·
Escalate outstanding cases to HR Business Partners when required·
Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership·
And any other duties as required
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years applicable experience in Recruiting, preferably in FMCG/Corporate environment Knowledge
Skills Requirements:
Clear understanding of RPO and be able to demonstrate very good customer service mindset ·
Strong understanding of the company's & clients business objectives and organizational structure·Very good understanding of the company's & clients position in the marketplace·
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures·
Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization and tools·
Experience in using market leading sourcing channels to effectively source external candidates including recruitment agencies, publications and job boards·
Very strong understanding of recruiting profiles·
Understanding of selling messages for each organization·In-depth experience in conducting competency based telephone or face to face interviews·
Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan
Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis·
Good understanding of the external marketplace/trends·
Experience in conducting telephone, email or written based reference checks to company's standards·
Data analysis experience·
Strong team player
Good leadership and coaching skills
Analytical skills and problem solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills·
Business English
