Encompasses but not limited to the following 工作内容包括但不限于：

1) Involve in month end close and monthly management reporting. Work with different parts of the Finance team (Global, Area, Factory, MKT, etc.) and Operational Teams to achieve this.

协同相关部门（如供应链/市场部等）完成月度结账，制作管理报告，并提供业绩表现分析。

2) Review and approve marketing transactions including vendor selection / vendor master data maintenance / contracts / agreements / invoicing and vendor payments. Co-ordinate on Commercial P2P process btw. Business (e.g. Marketing & Trade Marketing) and accounting team to ensure that they are done adequately and efficient.

审阅市场费用涉及的供应商选择与创建、合同与协议、发票与付款等。协调相关部门（如市场部、渠道市场部与会计部），确保各部门适当且有效地完成“采购到付款”的流程。

3) Support the business by providing high quality, relevant management information (eg Unit PnL), requiring detailed understanding of the reporting environment on site and benchmarking to best practice.

为业务部门提供支持：譬如提供高质量的管理报表信息（如单品利润表等），并对数字背后的故事具有深刻理解，且积极向最好的分析模板学习。

4) Providing monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc management reporting to the finance and operations stakeholders, especially when doing forecast/plan.

为相关业务部门提供月度、季度或临时的管理报告（尤其是在做季度预算时）。

5) Support team leader to standardize and streamline month end, reporting & forecasting, and various key business processes, review Brand and Segment P&L, evaluate opportunities in cost reduction and cost saving, and provide recommendations to the business and adherence to Group Policies and work on other process improvement projects and lean initiatives.

协助组长在遵守RB集团及曼伦规范的前提下，规范月末结账 / 报告制作 / 预算提交等流程，审阅品牌及品类利润表，发掘提高毛利的空间，提供对业务有提升的建议……

6) Co-ordinate with various business partners to ensure that there are done, processed and accounted for in accordance with Group Finance Policies and Control procedures.

协同相关部门，确保其知悉并完成集团财务与内控制度所规范的各项控制点。

Requirements经验要求：

1) Possess a Bachelor of Accounting / Finance related degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience which preferably should include Big 4 accounting firms.

拥有本科及以上学历，攻读专业须与财务/会计等相关；至少拥有2年相关工作经验，四大背景优先。

2) Able to read, write and communicate fluently both in English and Chinese. Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills to contribute as a team member.

可流利地使用英文进行阅读、书写与交流；并具备强烈的交流欲望，可协调好良好的工作人际关系，为所在的团队积极贡献。

3) This person should be numerate, analytical, high-potential, and with the ability to learn faster, and willing to go extra mile to reach challenging goals within very tight timelines.

须具备很强的学习能力且具有高潜力，并有较高的数字敏感度以及较好的分析能力；可在非常紧张的时间内，抗住压力，并乐意做出更多的努力以期完成要求的任务。

4) Comfortable working in a changing environment typical of a fast-growing business with large volume of data from multiple sources; Able to connect the dots whilst performing the data analytics to generate useful insights to identify risks / opportunities for business improvements.
