As a senior project manager, he(she) is expected to implement project over 10M USD size independently: as following steps below:

1. To form project team, coordinate with the internal engineers with operation department, coordinate with the purchasing for external contractors for engineering support;

2. To establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; Responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning;

3. To establish the budget plan with internal proposal team, SCM and controlling team, dynamically adjust and control the budget and costs;

4. To take responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments;

5. To be in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on change management;

6. To establish risk management, build mitigation plan;

7. To build project team;

8. To build and maintain customer relationship;

9. To coordinate internal supporting function, especially with purchasing department for timing and costing control;

10. To coach other team members on analytical thinking, decision making process;

Basic requirement:

1. 8 years+ working experience, 5 years+ project management experience; (If Master degree, 2-3 years can be waivered;)

2. Bachelor of science, engineering study, mechanical background preferred; Master degree preferred; Reputed university preferred;

3. Project management experience proved by certificate of Worldwide company or PMI;

4. Perfect English speaking, explicit oral/written expression;

5. Strong leadership + decisive + analytical skill;

6. 5 years + foreign companies working experience, familiar with ERP tools such as SAP system, American & European company preferred;
