Purpose of the position：

• Process all accounts payable transactions related to invoices, batch processing, coding of expenditures, obtaining invoice approval, etc.
• Respond to and resolve vendor inquiries.
• Process all vendor reports
• Manage weekly & daily payment run process
• Perform account reconciliations, accrual analysis, and P&L variation analysis for certain accounts, in conjunction with month-end close process
• Clear inter branches invoices and push branches to visa the cost in job
• file all reconciliations and payments
• Contribute in the publisher payout process and handle associated inquiries
• Perform all other related duties as requested
• As per individual Job description (depending on level of the person)

• Ability to analyze limited financial data
• Advanced working knowledge of AP process
• Intermediate knowledge of excel with SAP knowledge referred

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees.
• Along with working with external vendors.
• Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment including responding to frequent demands of multiple customer (internal and external)
• Ability to meet attendance standards and work additional hours when necessary.
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.

• At least 3 year working experience in AP
• Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance

Language skills

• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (both verbal and written) required.
