职位描述
As a Java Senior Developer, you will report to the Project Leader and your responsibilities include:
- Oversee the development team's output making sure they are following the company's and client's best practices
- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
- Develop high complex features
- Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings
- Create efficient and logical databases for clients
- Designs and codes superior technical solutions
- Generate enthusiasm among team members
- Facilitate effective team interaction.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
- Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to "think outside the box"
- Experience and ability to teach or instruct co-workers
- Providing advice, training and technical support for various projects
Essential:
- At least 4 years of experience in: Java 6, J2EE, JSP, Servlets;
- Should have hands on experience with Apache Tomcat;
- Experience working with n-tier application architectures (MVC, design patterns, and service / DAO layering);
- Experience with MAVEN and ANT;
- Able to write unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality;
- Unix command line and basic scripting;
- Great spoken and written Japanese skills;
- Willingness to travel and work in other sites / countries.
Desirable
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms preferred;
- Experience with GAE preferred;
- Experience in creation of design documents;
- Experience in:Spring, EJB, Struts, JPA/Hibernate;
- Experience with developing Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, JAX-WS, XML , RESTful, WS-Security;
- Experience with application messaging and integration technologies;
- communication skill in English.
