The China Representative Office is one of the most important operations abroad to support the company strat

egies ensuring the best solutions and offers from China.

Responsibility:

1. Perform support to any simple sourcing task (contact to the suppliers, receive supplier information and

quotation, etc.);

2. Organize information collected clearly and have critical skills to add value to the information;

3. Be able to work with multiple products and categories;

4. Daily use of company IT tools and process from and into the tools (e.g. Portal, Work Flow, etc.);

5. Gather order list and project list and generate data analysis chart for management review;

6. Support to order and sample follow up.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 2 years' working experience in related field, with good product knowledge in

Electronics Products&Home Applicance;

2.Good Command of written & verbal communication in English;

3.Good communication skill & Excellent MS Office skill, Strong ability of data analysis;

4.Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented & good team player.
