岗位职责：

1. 负责对机加工车间的有效管理和协调

Responsible for effective management and coordination of fabrication workshop.

2. 带领夹具设计团队设计和优化夹具，满足客户需求

Leading fixture design team for fixture design and optimization, to meet customer requirement.

3. 与采购紧密合作，控制外购夹具成本，确保夹具交期、质量

Work closely with MRO buyer to control the outsourcing fixture cost, and ensure fixture delivery date and quality

4. 安排机加工车间每日工作计划和任务，确保夹具交期、质量

Arrange daily work plan and task of fabrication workshop, to ensure fixture delivery date and quality

4. 加工工艺流程的分析和改进，达到最优化

Processing technic flow analysis and improvement, achieve optimization

5. 夹具设计规范化和标准化，建立夹具设计规范和指导书

Fixture design standardization, establish fixture design specifications and working instructions.

6. 机加工标准工时的分析、设定、改进

Standard machining man-hour analysis, setting and improvement.

7. 领导持续改进和优化操作流程，提高效率及节约成本

To lead continuously improve and optimize operational process to increase the efficiency and save cost

8. 支持经理完成对车间人员的管理、技能拓展、绩效考评，激励和指导团队成员，发展每位成员的职业路线

Supporting manager to manage the team members, skills development and performance appraisal, and motivate and coach team members, develop the career path for each individual.

9. 理解并执行安全规程，确保车间全年无安全事故

Understand and implement the safety regulations, to ensure that no safety incidents happened in workshop throughout the year

10. 完成上级经理所指定的工作任务

Completing other tasks that manager designated

任职要求：

1. 熟练的机械(夹具) 设计技能

Good skills of mechanical (fixture) design

2.熟练使用Auto CAD 和CATIA （UG）

Good skills of AutoCAD and CATIA (UG)
