Synopsis:
Along with fast growth in the China market, we are looking for a talent to join us as the AR & Revenue Accountant in Shanghai finance team and to be based in Shanghai, China.
The Role:
Act as an active member in a high-performing team delivering high-quality services in AR & Revenue handling. To improve AR & Revenue process, to ensure timely, accurate, and effective standard book-keeping, and other key financial outputs, you should be professional accounting specialist in the finance team.

Responsibilities:
1) Check and verify weekly/monthly sales report consolidation and make ERP system booking
2) Invoice issue and invoice management including credit invoices
3) Maintain timely clearance of A/R collection
4) Support Inventory Reconciliation
5) Income reconciliation and make sure all data input accurately and reliably
6) Follow up AR outstanding issue and eliminate overdue risk
7) Monthly taxation report and keep relationship with tax authority officer
8) AR & Revenue voucher filing and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
1) Bachelor/college degree and majored in Finance or Accounting
2) Well organized, Mature, Diligent and Highly responsible
3) 3- 5 years' related working experience in accounting, iScala/SAP ERP system experience is preferred
4) Good communicator and team work player, and can work independently
5) Familiar with MS office and other business systems
6) Good spoken & written in English
