As a Service Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Marine & Ports Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will execute service work with Marine and Ports Service Product Group/ Marine & Ports Business Line / Industrial Automation Business in Shanghai /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Propulsion Service Manager, you will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.

? Participate product installation/commissioning/warranty handling/maintenance/repairing.
? Implement the after-sales service projects as required.
? Build up the good relationship with customer at site.
? Supporting sales in technical issues and customer feedback.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? College Degree or above in Electrical Automation or Marine Engineering.
? 3+ years of working experience in Shipbuilding or Offshore Industry.
? Good communication skills and strain capacity.
? Positive attitude, good ability in learning and executing will be considered as an advantage.
? Willing to travel frequently on business work.
? Fluent in oral and written English.
