Purpose and Summary of position:
? Translate applications from the U.S. and Europe to the China market
? Develop new customers, programs and segment marketing strategy
? Manage application development programs at customers, teach customers about how to process engineering resins into their product forms, make tooling and processing recommendations and resolve technical application issues for customers.
? Coordinate with global team for new application development and market assessment
? Identify new market opportunities and assess company product portfolio
? Work closely with sales and technical team to ensure that technical and application development support match customer needs
? Attend industry forum and event to promote company solutions
? Understand total industry/segment value chain
? Build relationship with OEM/Tier/Molder

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? Experience in market development and/or technical service of automotive related industry and/or engineering plastics
? Program management skill
? Experiences in automotive industry, OEMs and Tiers
? Independence and self-discipline
? Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
? Oral fluent in English

Required Education:
BS or MS in polymer science/mechanical engineering/chemical engineering
