MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Bank accounts administration and management

-  Responsible for HO and BTQ bank accounts administration including account open, specimen change, account close, ongoing KYC requirements raised by banks. Ensure both hard copy and soft copy of all bank record filings are well managed.

-  In charge of all EC accounts application and daily management, make sure authorities are properly assigned and keep good record of all necessary information.

2. Bank reconciliation

-  Manage monthly bank reconciliation for all bank and EC accounts timely and accurately to meet group’s month end closing schedule and requirement.

-  Responsible for quarterly bank reconciliation in e-banking system.

3. Retail cash management

Keep good communication and working relationship with brands to support retail business growth.

(1) POS terminals application and maintenance:

-  In charge of POS terminal application and daily maintenance upon brands’ requirement.

-  Quick response to any POS terminal related issues raised by brands, coordinate internal and external resources to support brands’ requirement.

-  Manage manual POS refund application with bank upon request.

(2) BTQ bank account open:

-  Work with external partners to proceed BTQ bank account open for new doors, strictly monitor status to meet brands’ new door open agenda.

-  Prepare application for cash pool and MT940 set up for BTQ bank accounts.

(3) Cash management:

-  Deposit card preparation for new doors before door open.

-  Assist in cash pickup service arrangement for new door as well as existing doors.

4. Support in rental bank guarantee issuance and facility management with banks.

5. Check new vendors' bank information creation and existing vendors’ information update in ERP system.

6. Support cashflow analysis and group treasury reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting/Finance related subjects.

- 2 years relevant experience in treasury, bank or cash management, retail background is preferred, retail background will be a plus.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.
