Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, Fluke
Location: Shanghai
Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
？ Lead and direct the development of new products and/or market opportunities for appointed product lines.
？ Define and co-implement new product launch plan (incl. seminars, trade shows, trainings and end-user campaign, etc.).
？ Responsible for product life cycle management, pricing, promotion, etc.
？ Develop clear, comprehensive and compelling product strategic plans and roadmaps.
？ Co-provide product application and technical support to field sales force and dealership.
？ Lead continuous and ad-hoc market research to update the market / competition understanding / dynamics.
Specific Job Skills Required:
？ In-depth knowledge of Company electrical products, Test & Measurement applications and manufacturing capabilities (or related industrial field)
？ Knowledge of marketing management, new product planning and sales forecast principles, methods and practices.
？ Proven leadership ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
？ Proven analytical capabilities to enable competitive assessment, market research, strategic planning
？ Familiar with digital marketing, marketing automation, social media, e-commerce to advocate product values to more end-users and channel partners.
？ Ability to develop specific applications in different industrial segments.
？ Strategic thinking, with strong analysis and execution skills
？ Excellent communication skill, passionate, self-motivated, team work spirit
？ Excellent PPT, Excel and presentation skill, good in English both writing and speaking
Education and/or Experience Required:
？ Technical background, electrical preferred
？ 5+ years experience in industrial product marketing
