工作职责：

1、负责公司产品系统开发，优化和维护；

2、协助业务需求分析，将业务需求拆分成独立的业务功能，并独立负责相关的开发等工作。

任职要求：

1、熟练掌握Java，具备6年以上的开发经历

2、具备良好地分析，定位以及解决问题的能力

3、能够将业务需求制作成UML图和程序流程图

4、具备面对对象的思维做程序设计，掌握各种设计模式

5、熟练掌握MySQL或者其它主流数据库的使用

6、具备良好的沟通能力，责任心和耐心
