电商运营总监

***（底薪+绩效）

任职资格：

1、宠物用品/食品类目运营管理经验3年以上；

2、管理过的单店年业绩不低于1000万，有成功案例者优先；

3、具有良好的沟通能力，有渠道关系者优先；

4、具备较好的创意能力和审美能力，对产品有深刻理解；

5、具有优秀的数据分析能力，较强的创新与市场分析、营销、推广能力；

6、本科及以上学历，电子商务、营销相关专业；

7、具备一定商务英语交流能力。

工作内容：

1、统筹管理PRIMO和公司旗下相关品牌在天猫、京东等电商平台的运营；

2、制定电商部门运营指标、年度发展计划，推动并确保营业指标的顺利完成；

3、组织策划并审定产品、品牌、市场推广、媒体运营、市场研究等市场活动的策略、推广方案、相关预算，组织、整合相关资源推动方案的实施并监督实施效果；

4、管理、培养部门员工，建设和发展优秀的电商运营队伍；
