Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Logistics work for our U.S Buying Office

1. Double confirm HS code once PO placed to vendor;

2. Follow up shipping schedule with the suppliers and to ensure the on-time delivery for shipments;

3. Work in conjunctions with Suppliers, Merchandising, QC, Financial Dept etc and arrange for all ready shipments;

4. Prepare booking with all shipping information and book shipment with forwarder on time;

5. Liaise and negotiate with forwarders and suppliers and solve all the problem during the export declaration;

6. Make both proper export declaration and import clearance documents;

7. Input relevant data in SAP system and update internal reports timely and accurately;

8. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Qualification:

1. 2+ year of shipping experience in trading company or nominated cargo operation experience in freight Forwarder Company.
2. High responsibility, self motivated and proactive;
3. Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill;
4. Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability;
5. Honest and strict complying with professional ethics;
6. Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
7. Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
8. Good command of written and oral English;
