职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责厂房维护。
2.负责设备维护及维修以支持公司运营。
3.在新产品导入及流程改善的过程中支持新生产线的布局及设备设定。
4.推动预防性维护的执行以确保设备正常运行。
5.发起并管理厂房改善项目（包括项目招标，承包商选择及项目的执行）。
6.对厂房及设备进行持续改善以减少总体运营费用并提高设备可靠性。
7.保证相关图纸，文件及记录更新的及时有效。
要求：
1.电气或电子工程专业本科学历。
2.5年以上设备维修及厂房维护经验。
3.了解精益六西格玛。熟悉TPM及6S。
4.具有良好的沟通能力。英语阅读及书写熟练。具有口头英语表达能力为佳。
5.熟悉办公软件 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Visio)。
6.熟悉AutoCAD。
Responsibilities:
1.Maintain the building of the plant.
2.Maintain all equipment in support of operation.
3.Support new production line on layout and equipment setup for new product launches and process improvements.
4.Drive preventive maintenance activities to ensure manufacturing equipment uptime.
5.Initiate and project manage facility improvement projects (bid process, contractor selection, and project execution).
6.Actively champion continuous improvement activities in order to reduce overall facilities operational expenses and improve manufacturing equipment reliability.
7.Maintain related drawings, documentation and records.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree with major in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
2.5-year + experience in equipment and facility maintenance.
3.An understanding of Lean Six Sigma methods and experience in Total Productive Maintenance and 6S.
4.Good communication skills. Good English reading and writing, with oral English preferred.
5.Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Visio).
6.Familiar with AutoCAD.
