Purpose of the Position

职位目的 Assist key customer sales by managing sales order based on annual contract with key customers and actual product supply, coordinating product delivery and providing customer service. Working Relationship/Net Work

 * 5 years working experience, including 2 to 3 years customer service experience 

 * B2B sales experience

* Education Background文化程度 Bachelor Degree 　

 Language语言技能 Workable English Proficient English 

 Computer电脑技能 Proficient MS Office, Kingdee System

 

Main Responsibility主要职责 

1 Manage operation and process of sales order, delivery, goods return, sales invoice, etc. 　 

 2 Consolidate sales report, manage sales contracts and sales documents 　 

 3 Assist Sales Director to provide service and support to some key customers 　 

 4 Other projects that assigned by Sales Director
