Responsibilities:

 Keep on improving accounting/Tax/SAFE procedures to ensure they are in accordance with Total management rules and the moving China regulations;

 Keep on improving and monitoring the internal control system to ensure integrity of the accounting records/management reports and financial analysis; Duly approve and submit management and statutory reports;

 Solve related SAP issues to make sure monthly SAP closing is completed appropriately and on time;

 Review the Project Budget and control actual activities to be in line with or better than the budget.

 Supervise and keep on improving the treasury activities according to the group policy and legal requirements after start up the project.

 Keep on improving the credit control system and work closely with insurance company to ensure credit line can fulfill our commercial requirement, and make sure no bad debts each year.

 Keep on improving the internal control system to avoid risk of loss and misappropriation of Assets.

 Prepare and consolidate the budget of the company and follow the implementation.

 Negotiate with insurance companies or agent to find out the proper and valuable insurance policy to ensure assets/people are properly insured according to group policy; handle insurance claims.

 Help the management keep good finance statement in the company: avoid any potential risk in cash flow, bad debt, and loss of assets…

Qualifications:

 University degree or above, majored in finance & accounting;

 At least 6 years of working experiences in related fields, with 3 years’ management position experience;

 Good technical knowledge on accounting, fiscal, foreign exchange and business environment rules in China;

 Good communication skills; proactive in identifying and solving problems; work independently but with team spirit, creatively in finding solutions and handling problems, able to work under pressure;

 Good management skills, willing to grow with group, committed to results, able to motivate and driver subordinates.
