Title: CI Manager

Report to: Plant Manager (Danish)

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for continues improvement of the production, optimization of flow and technology in production, takeover of new products in production, feedback to development on product improvements and support to the Plant Manager. Responsible for implementing robot and automation technology in production

• Optimization of robot and automation technology

• Involved in all improvement actions in production.

• Projects to improve flow and output.

• Investigate and test new technology.

• Reduce the energy consumption and environment pollution as much as possible.

• Take part in customer projects in order to secure cost effective designs and low manufacturing costs

• Build and maintain production routings and standards

• Guide and train staff in production.

• l Increase staff's skills and efficiency.

• Support the Plant Manager in other tasks.

Authorization:

Responsible for improvement projects and automation. Buying new machines and equipment together with the Plant Manager.

Qualification:

• Have rich experience in sheet metal production with automation and robot technology

• Optimizing production lines and processes

• Working experience in Lean Manufacturing, process flow improvement and ERP systems (Manufacturing)

• Create overview and structure

• Robot and automation technology

• Good ability of communication, coordination and organization, have rich experience of worksite management

• Strong project management skills

• Know how work through others - involve and delegate

• l Skilled communication ability in English

• 3-5 years working experience both on the task management and people management
