职位描述
Title: Tool Management Manager
Report to: Tool Department Manager (Danish)
Main responsibilities
Lead and coordinate together with the Tool Warehouse supervisor, Tool Test supervisor, and Tool Setup supervisor, to ensure that tools are tested and approved, so they are ready for production, according to production and project plan.
Ensure that quality, safety, output and delivery is reach.
Supervise the safety management of Tool Management dept. ensure the safety of staff.
Maintain the work environment; reduce the environment pollution as much as possible.
Guide and train staff in Tool Management dept. increase staff skill and efficiency
Secure that Tool Test and Tool Setup teams are evaluating tools after test and production, to verify if tool need maintenance before next production.
Implementing and maintaining standard in the Tool Management dept.
Finish other tasks from manager
Authorization:
Prioritize and change planned Tool Test and resources in dept, according to production and project plan.
Lead and coordinate recourses for assisting in Tool Test at sub-supplier
Qualification:
Have rich experience in Tool Test and Tool Maintenance
Master tool design , manufacture / process;
Have knowledge of TS16949, ISO certification, quality system and 5S management.
Working experience in Tool design, Tool Manufacturing
Skilled communication ability in English
Good ability of communication ,coordination and organization, have rich experience of worksite management
More than 5 years management experience
