1.刀具以及夹具的产品测试并处理客户的反馈

Testing of cutting tools and clamping products and dealing with customers’ complaint and feedback

?负责刀具的测试工作包括产品测试，对比测试等；系统的完成刀具测试报告，并进行归档

Responsible for cutting tool testing, including product testing, competitor comparison testing etc. Generate testing reports and systematically archive the reports.

?和刀具产品管理团队一起进行新刀具的研发和测试

Work with the PM cutting tools to design and test new cutting tools

?评判客户投诉并在必要时进行测试对客户投诉做出判断

Evaluate customer complaints and if necessary, conduct application testing to determine the validity of the customer complaint.

2.内部以及外部的产品培训

Product training internally and externally

?出席展会以及客户和内部的培训活动，操作机床并选择合适的材料，刀具和工件进行刀具加工演示

Attend trade shows and trainings both internally and externally. Choose the suitable cutting tools, parameters and workpieces to perform cutting process demonstration.

?目录产品基础培训，包括铣削，钻孔，车削，刀柄以及夹持产品等。

Product training for milling, drilling, turning and clamping (tool- &workpiece clamping)

?负责整天的研讨会的执行并对前期准备工作提供支持

Support and execution of technical seminar

?能够运用机床以及周边设备进行演示来强化培训内容

Being able to emphases the training content through demonstration using CNC and accessory equipment

?能够以测试的形式对培训人员的培训效果进行评估

Being able to evaluate the training effect by examination

3.刀具以及加工过程的演示

Demonstration of cutting tools and cutting process

?规划演示工件，包括选择合适的工件材料，几何形状，刀具，编写机床程序并对完成演示工件的加工。

Planning and manufacturing demonstration workpieces, including materials, shapes, cutting tools and programming for CNC.

?使用Solidwork/UG/ProE等CAD/CAM软件进行三维建模。

Use CAD/CAM software such as Solidwork/UG/ProE etc to conduct 3D modelling

?为客户做刀具切削性能演示

Demonstrate the cutting tool performance for customers

?演示最新的配套设备，包括夹紧，装配等

Demonstrate the relevant tools and equipment, including clamping, tool fitting equipment etc.

负责机床以及刀具的日常维护保养以及部分维修工作，需要时协调设备商进行机床维修。

Responsible for the maintenance of CNC machine and cutting tools. Coordinate with CNC machine manufacturer if repair work if needed.

4.为客户提供切削以及夹具领域的技术支持

Provide technical support for customers in the cutting tool and clamping area

?通过推荐合适的工具/应用参数来解决客户的加工问题

Solve customer’s problem by recommending the correct tools and cutting parameters

?帮助客户进行物料的选型

Help customer to select correct articles

?从技术和几何特征方面向客户解释目录中的物料

Explain difference between various articles in the catalog technically and geometrically

?推荐合适的联系人来支持特殊咨询以及订单

Recommend the correct contact for special enquiry and order

5.为内勤/外勤同事提供支持

Provide technical support for colleagues

?跟刀具管理团队紧密的合作

Work closely with cutting tool product management team.

?通过客户提供的图纸，确定加工策略

Read customers’ drawing and determine processing strategy

?通过已有的设备，处理客户的投诉和反馈

Deal with customers’ feedback and complaint using the existing equipments

?执行/支持应用工程师的设备测试

Support application engineer’s test

?为建立刀具测试数据库提供支持

Provide support for the cutting tool testing database

6.展厅/技术中心日常维护

Daily maintance of the showroom and technical center

?负责技术中心的日常组织整理等工作，以确保技术中心达到5s标准。

Responsible for organizing the technology center to make sure 5s standard is met.

?负责产品展厅

对机加工刀具相关工作保有热情

Strong passion for cutting tools

?5年以上机械加工（车削和铣削）工作经验，机械设计专业或机加工相关专业毕业

5+years CNC machining work experience (turning and milling), mechanical or machining relevant education background.

?对于CNC切削加工有非常好的了解

Very familiar with CNC machining process.

?能够熟练使用三维建模软件 Solidwork,/UG/ ProE

Being able to use 3D modelling software, solidwork/UG/ProE

?能够熟练运用MasterCam/HyperMill编写程序

Being able to program using MasterCam/HyperMill

?熟悉包括钻头，铣刀，车刀以及刀柄及夹具等机加工刀具相关产品

Very familiar with cutting tools including drilling, milling, turning tools, shanks and clamps.

?良好的演示技能，能对内部以及外部进行加工展示

Good presentation skills, able to demonstrate the cutting process.

?能通过系统的方式并自发积极的进行工作

Self-motivated and able to work systematically.

?有良好的团队协作意识

能熟悉使用Office MS，包括Word，Excel，Powerpoint等。
