SAP FICO Functional Analyst

Job Details:

• This job defines, tests, trains, implements, and supports in FICO functional areas within a business system.
• Effectively and proactively communicate with business team to understand & document business requirements and business process. Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and SAP system. Drive the business process simplification & standardization by leveraging the industrial best practice.
• Work as project leader in FI/CO work stream to manage the internal & external resource (SAP Super users & external consultant), and control the project timeline. Work with Global SAP team to align the related function and process.
• Organize & perform the UAT test, Lead build, test, and deploy activities. To configure the SAP ERP system accordingly, and use the implementation procedures. To document all new development and modifications of existing settings according to company documentation standards
• To resolve assigned (functional) trouble tickets within the application area assigned.
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value.
• Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team.

General Summary:

• SAP ERP Application maintenance and SAP Super user training – 70%
• New Implementation and enhancement project – 20%
• Optimization and others – 10%

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Computer Science, Accounting or related.

Work Experience:

• Rich SAP FICO experience required working in the appropriate business process with a good understanding of the business /systems concepts, with at least 3 SAP ERP implementation projects.
• Supported a minimum of 2-4 SAP project implementations through the entire project cycle supporting SAP FI/CO modules.
• Minimum 4 years' experience working with the relevant systems (e.g. SAP ERP, Oracle ERP)
• Extensive experience of project methodology including planning, testing and documentation standards.
• Experience of providing technical and functional training courses

Skills:

• Strong knowledge on SAP FI/CO modules and configuration.
• Knowledge on SAP logistic modules is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of related Business processes.
• Knowledge in other SAP modules and ABAP skill is preferred.
• Proven skills in presentations, financial calculations, developing quality and comprehensive business cases, delegation, coaching & development, decision making, control and follow-up, organizing and planning.
