1、协助公司建立、完善相关人事、行政制度流程；

2、负责岗位招聘、员工入离职等劳动关系相关工作；

3、负责考勤管理、薪资计算、社保公积金申报缴纳；

4、负责办公室房租、水电、管理费费等物业相关事项；

5、负责办公用品采购、机票酒店预订、办理签证等工作；

6、编制人事行政费用预算以及相关费用的分析与控制；

7、编制、维护、保管人事行政档案资料；

8、负责公司营业证照的保管及延期；

9、协助组织会议、培训、团建等活动；

10、协助财务进行固定资产的管理和实地盘点；

11、上级交予的其他工作任务。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，具有3年以上人事行政岗位工作经验；

2、熟悉国家及属地相关劳动人事政策法规以及人事行政工作流程；

3、熟练使用Windows office办公软件（Word，Excel等）；

4、工作细致，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力、团队精神；

5、善于处理流程性事务、具有良好的学习能力及工作自觉性。

6、具有人力资源相关证书者优先考虑。
