职位描述
一、工作职责
1、负责公司业务发展，确保完成公司要求的门店开拓数量，包括选址、谈判直至合同确立、新开店的前期业务支持、日常运营维护；
2、负责业务发展手册的编写及完善，包括业务发展各种的制订；
3、负责目标城市的市场调查及商圈调查，也包括竞争对手的分析与调查（竞争对手的战略收集与分析、竞争对手的广告收集、市场手段调查），各类数据的统计与分析，目标地域市场分析，目标受众心理与消费行为调查与分析等；
4、协助战略企划，包括制造差异化、寻找市场突破口，降低市场成本、寻找新的盈利点；
5、协助品牌建设，包括品牌文化的建立、计划与执行；
6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
二、任职要求
1、具备良好的项目策划能力和财务核算能力；
2、优秀的管理、组织和协调才能；
3、能够承受工作压力，愿意出差者；
4、从事相关行业3年以上，良好的表达沟通及团队协作能力，电脑操作技能；
5、有从事连锁市场发展，熟悉上海市shoppingmall的开发者优先。
