Responsibilities:

1. Strong knowledge in SAP ABAP module

2. Strong experience development of ABAP, BADI, Proxy, IDOC, WebSevice, Interface, Enhancement etc.

3. Analysis of customer requirements, processes and process chains.

4. Coordinating customer requirements related to solution development.

5. Effort estimation and feasibility analyses.

6. Independent work on several technical issues related to functions, integration, consulting.

7. Independent implementation of customer solutions (plan, concept, customizing, document, even out of standard software).

8. Presentations on customer meetings, project milestones, and presentation of workshops.

9. Development of training concepts and training documents and training of customer.

10. Migration concept, strategy and execution.

11. Business development, such as development of new software or services, other special tasks / ramp up projects

Requirements:

1. 4 yr. University degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or Mathematics.

2. Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy and know how to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements

3. Strong SQL skills of 5+ years required

4. 3+ full life cycle implementation projects experience.

5. Experience in data visualization tools such as SAP Business Objects 4.1 required 

6. Experience in creating logical data models and extensive data warehouse database design 

7. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

8. Deep Understanding about ITIL based application management lifecycle

9. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

10. Clear understanding and experience in Change Management functions and processes

11. S/4 HANA experiences are preferred.
